2013 New Year Resolutions!

Hey Beauties,

It's time to say good bye to 2012 and hello to the new year that is 2013. I'll be completely cliché and say that this year completely flew by. I know everyone says that but I really can't believe it's the end of 2012! It was a good year, in all, for me personally but I always hope the new year will bring something new and exciting. To help this come true, I've decided to make a few resolutions. I don't always do this but this year I will, and I'll do my best to stick to them!

Source: Tumblr
Be healthy
This is one that is on everyone's resolution list! I will attempt to eat healthier (though I'm not all that bad!) but mostly, workout more. I play sport and am a member of the gym but I'd like to do these things more frequently.

Blog, blog, blog
I really want to make my blog something special, and commit to it more. I love having my little slice of the internet, and I hope to add a little sparkle to it!

Do something good for someone else
Giving back is something that is so important. Now I won't pretend to be a saint here but I definitely would like to do at least one thing that helps some organisation or group of people in some shape or form.

Learn to drive
I'm coming to the age where everyone is starting to learn to drive. I hope to do my theory test and begin to get a few lessons from my Dad!

Read
I used to be a total bookworm but the internet has begun to take over. I am determined to get back into reading, I already have a few books to read. If you have any suggestions that are romantic/comedy then please let me know! Think Nicholas Sparks, The Devil Wears Prada etc..

Source: Tumblr

Now I've told you all my resolutions, let me know any of yours in the comments below!
Wishing you all the best for the New Year, hey we survived 2012!

Pukka Ayurveda Nourishing Brightener: Review

Hey Dolls,

I hope you're all doing well and had a wonderful Christmas! I'm happy to say I'm back with a review for you all, in the form of the Pukka Ayurveda Nourishing Brightener*.

This natural exfoliator is packed with some amazing natural ingredients. Here's a list of some of these ingredients and their benefits:

Almond seed– ground to help loosen dead skin cells, feeds depleted and dehydrated skin to nourish and soften.
Bilberry fruit- bursting with anti-ageing plant constituents, highly antioxidant and protective.
Turmeric and licorice root – anti-inflammatory and soothing for blemished or reddened skin to lighten and brighten.
Exotic amla fruit – a super-rich source of vitamin C and antioxidants to rejuvenate, repair and refresh whilst protecting skin.
Gotu kola and manjistha – revered Ayurvedic herbs increase microcirculation and purify for a glowing boost of radiance.

You can mix the brightener with a number of liquids such as water or even your own cleanser. I prefer to use water, as this is what's recommended for my oily skin! I just take about a teaspoon and mix it with a couple drops of water, creating what I can only describe as a muddy consistency! Rub it into your skin and rinse, it leaves your skin feeling super soft and clean.

The packaging is actually lovely. It comes in a,what seems to be, glass tub. It looks and feels very expensive and looks wonderful on your vanity, sink, shelf etc..

Overall, I definitely think this product works. I noticed my skin feeling softer and looking brighter. I didn't notice anything incredibly groundbreaking, but it definitely made a difference in my overall complexion.

 Available here for €16/₤13

*This was sent to me for review by PR. All opinions are always my own and 100% honest.

Christmas Time!

Hello Mistletoes,

I'm sitting here, Christmas lights twinkling outside and the glow of the flickering candle in the darkness lighting up the room. I have taken a small break from blogging recently. This isn't me saying I am no longer interested, but this blog is happily a place I can call my own. A place I love sharing with anyone who is interested, but always remains mine. Which is nice as there are no rules or any deadlines. I just feel, for me, if I don't feel like blogging or I am a little uninspired then a break is something that can really fix that.

Source: Google Images

Anyway, my main reason for writing this is to wish all of you wonderful people, a very Merry Christmas! Christmas is a wonderful time, and if you don't celebrate the specific occasion this time of year is wonderful any how! I love the lights, the sparkle and giving that gift to someone that you know will make them smile (cheesy, I know!).

I will hopefully be back soon to beauty and fashion-focused posts but for now, I'd like to wish you all a very sincere happy holidays and I wish you all the best for the New Year! Hey, we survived the 21st of December, anything is possible now.

So grab some mistletoe and that special someone and make this the best Christmas yet!

Travel Diary #1: Nuremberg & Singapore!

Hello Lovelies,

I know I have been awful with blogging recently, and I apologise but I promise I will do better this month! You may know if you follow me on Twitter, that I have been away revently.

A photo of Nuremberg & The Christmas Markets (Google Images)
Over a week ago, I was in Germany. Nuremberg to be exact. It was lovely and festive. Definitely got me into the Christmas spirit! I visited a few Christmas markets, but unfortunatly the major markets weren't open yet. The highlight of my trip was finally getting to visit Brandy Melville! You may have heard of this clothing store, as it has become very popular, especially in the Youtube beauty/fashion world, recently. It's basically a casual, California-style clothing store. I would say it's more for young adults and older teenagers. The clothes are one size fits all, so mostly have a relaxed fit and are generally basic pieces. I wouuld definitely recommend checking out their website here. The downside is that their locations are quite limited. There is none in Ireland, and very few in Europe. They are currently expanding, with many new stores opening across the US.

Singapore (Google Images)
Currently, I am in Singapore! I got the opportunity to come here, with my dad, for a few days. I will also be visiting Dubai for a couple days also. I am loving it here. I just love seeing new cultures and experiencing different countries. I haven't seen much of the actual city yet, but I hope to go on a tour and visit Universal Studios tomorrow! What I have seen, I love. The people are very friendly and it's very safe to walk around.

That's all for my travel diary for today. I'll hopefully be able to write a few more over the coming days, and keep you posted! I will upload a few photos when I get back home, as I am unable to do so over here. I hope you're all doing well, and happy December!

Birthday Banter!

Hello Lovelies,

I hope you're all doing wonderfully! I apologise for my absence this past week regarding my blog. I have been very busy with various activities, which I love. I really enjoy being busy, but I will make sure to make time for my blog.

This week has been exciting for me, as today is my birthday! I love birthdays, as I'm still young enough to enjoy them and not avoid them! Anyway, this post is just a little update and telling you a bit about what I got up to for my birthday. If you're not interested, feel free not to read as I am aware many may not be excited to hear about my birthday!
Source: www.prettybirthday.com

I'm not too big on birthday parties but this year I decided I'd do something to celebrate by just having a small group of friends together. Around eight of my friends and I went to a nearby hotel and had lovely afternoon tea. It was gorgeous! Definitely a nice treat for us all and all the food was so delicious. The rest of my day was pretty relaxed, spending the evening with my family watching the X Factor.

I know it sounds cheesy and cliché, but I honestly feel so blessed to have everything I have. I have an amazing family and a great group of friends. This birthday has just highlighted that fact.

Anyway, leaving the mushy stuff behind I'll talk a bit about what you can expect on my little chunk of the internet in the coming weeks! I am debating whether or not to do a "Birthday Presents" post. I know many people feel it's just a way of bragging but I really love reading them, so if you do too please let me know in the comments or on Twitter (@missbeautyblogg). I will definitely be doing reviews on lots of products, some which I have received for my birthday.

The next two weeks will be very busy for me. Next weekend I will be in Germany, to visit the Christmas markets, for a couple of days and then soon after that, I am going to Singapore and Dubai! I am so excited but I don't know what the story is regarding internet over there and access to a computer so I will do my best regarding blogging. I will definitely do a post or two about my trips as I'm sure I'll get the chance to take some lovely photos I can share with you all!

Well that's a little glimpse into my life at the moment!

Thanks for reading!

The Kardashian Kollection Has Arrived!

Hey Dolls,

I hope you're all having a wonderful day, it is Friday after all!
I don't know if about all of you, but I am a big lover of the Kardashians. I find them utterly entertaining and hilarious. Keeping Up With the Kardashians, is one of my not-so-guilty pleasures.

The Kardashians have launched everything from multiple books to, of course, their infamous reality show. The latest addition is their fashion line, which hit Irish shores yesterday! Rejoice fellow Kardashian lovers! Whatever you may think of the dark beauties, one thing is for certain, the girls got style. Sometimes their style is a little bit odd, and I blame Kanye for some of Kim's crazy looks. Regardless, their fashion line is curve-hugging and wearable. Of course, this line is not limited to curvy girls, but that's the target audience.

Personally, I found some of the clothes a little disappointing. The price range is expected. Not extremely inexpensive, but not overly expensive either. Somewhere in the middle, think Topshop prices.

One thing I am a fan of is this sparkly blazer, priced at £50. It's perfect for the festive season. Also available in black.

The stand out section of the entire "kollection" are the handbags. I love them all! From everyday shoulder bags, to sparkly evening clutches, they really have ticked all the boxes.  I love this black studded shoulder bag below. It's gorgeous and not too pricey either, at £45.

I definitely think this line is something worth taking a look at. Now we can all look like Kardashians (I wish!).

Kardashian Kollection, available exclusively to Dorthy Perkins (UK/Ireland).

NOTD: Topshop's RazzMatazz

Hey Girlies,

I hope you all had a wonderful Halloween! I haven't done a Nails Of The Day post in quite some time, so I've decided it's about time. Today's nail polish is appropriately titled "RazzMatazz", pretty jazzy don't you think?!

Topshop always tends to do a lovely job regarding packaging. The classic, kitsch polka dot top and clear bottle with the cute writing is always a winner in my book.

With regards to the actual colour, this is a gorgeous sparkly shade! It is very galaxy-esque. It took about four coats to build up full opacity, which isn't great but still manageable. The purple base is loaded with very fine silver and multi-coloured glitter, as well as larger chunks of glitter also. When the shade catches the light, it glistens blue, green and orange. It's gorgeous!

Overall, I think this shade is fabulous. Perfect for all you glitter and sparkle lovers out there!

Available from Topshop for £6.

I Heart Fall Tag!

Hello Lovelies,

I hope you're all doing well, and are excited for Halloween! In spirit of the season, I have decided to do the 'I Heart Fall" tag. I've been seeing this everywhere recently, so I'm hopping on this bandwagon!
Fall, or Autumn as we call it on this side of the pond, is always a busy but lovely season. Crisp, multi-coloured leaves, warm fires and cosy knitted jumpers is what I think of!

Let's get into it, shall we?

1. Favourite Fall lip product?
Mine would have to be any red/burgundy coloured lip product.
2. Favourite Fall Nail Polish?
I have to go with Essie "Bahama Mama". The funny thing is, I don't actually own this nail polish but I am determined to get it!
3. Favourite Starbucks Fall Drink?
I don't have a Starbucks near me, so I haven't tried any of their seasonal drinks. I'll just go with a Frappuccino, as I love those! Also hot chocolate is always a winner!
4. Favourite Fall Candle?
I am currently loving the Candy Corn candle from Yankee Candles! The smell lasts for ages too.
5. Favourite Fall Scarf or accessory?
My Alexander McQueen-inspired skull scarf from Asos. Love!
6. Haunted house, haunted hay ride, or haunted corn maze?
There are none of these things where I live, the only one I've ever been to is a haunted house but the other two sound intriguing!7. Favourite Halloween movie?
I'm not in spooky/scary movies at all.

8. Favourite candy to eat on Halloween?
Candy corn! Too bad I can't find any where I live :(
9. What are you dressing up as for Halloween?!
Don't think I'm dressing up this year. I would maybe be something such as a Mad Hatter, that would be cool!
10. What is your Favourite thing about Fall?
Probably the fashion; cosy jumpers and boots. My birthday is also in Fall, which is exciting, and of course the countdown to Christmas begins!

Hope you enjoyed this tag. Feel free to do this tag yourself, on your own blog
or even in the comments below!

Garnier BB Cream for Combination-Oily Skin: Review & Swatch

Hey Girlies,

I am a self-confessed BB Cream junkie! Sure, I haven't tried them all, but they are my go-to product. BB stands for 'Blemish Balm' for those of you that don't know! It's what I'd call halfway between
tinted moisturiser and foundation. My most recent BB Cream trial was with the Garnier BB Cream for combination to oily skin.

I'll start by saying that I love the packaging. Sleek, shiny and compact. It's my favourite packaging that I've seen on a BB Cream to date. It contains 40ml of product, and feels very high-end. The product is dispensed through a thin nozzle, which makes it easy to dispense the correct amount of product.

The actual product inside is lightweight, yet still creamy. Not as creamy as the Maybelline BB cream, but still moderately creamy. Once applied, it goes on very thinly but has amazing coverage for the thin layer. It is also quite matte once applied.

On my skin, it typically lasts for around 5-6 hours (with powder) before signs of wear are visible. By the 8 hour mark, it tends to go quite patchy.
Swatch in the shade medium

Overall, I think this is a good BB cream. Nothing to rave about, but still good. It provides more coverage than a lot of BB creams I've tried and I definitely prefer it to the original Garnier BB Cream. I don't think it has great lasting power though, I hate how patchy it tends to get by the end of the day.

Available from Boots for €13.99 in either light or medium.

Stand Up and Make A Difference

Hello Lovelies,

So this post is quite a bit different to my usual beauty/fashion related post, but it's also quite a bit more important. So October is anti-bullying month, along with a number of others.

Credit: Tumblr

Bullying is something that is talked a lot about and everyone certainly makes an effort to spread awareness about the issue. The biggest problem is that bullies don't consider themselves bullies. They don't see that what they are doing, is actually a huge problem and quite frankly, is wrong. They just think they are simply "teasing" or "joking". They don't realise the massive affect of their actions, both verbal and physical. Verbal bullying is usually worse than physical, as words are something that stick in the mind forever. Bruises will fade but personal insults can stay with someone for eternity.

I'm lucky to say that bullying hasn't massively affected me personally. I mean, there have been minor incidents, but nothing that has ever had a huge impact on my life. I do know of many people and family members, who have been bullied more seriously. Again, it could have been a lot worse, but all forms of bullying are pretty awful experiences to be any way apart of.

Credit: firstcovers.com

One form of bullying that is beginning to become the biggest problem of all, is cyber bullying. This is because people feel somewhat more empowered hiding behind a screen. They can also remain anonymous. Trolls are everywhere, making themselves feel bigger by making others feel smaller. It is really something I will never comprehend. Saying someone is ugly, won't make you any prettier.

I am consistently hearing of tragic stories about teenagers, especially girls, committing suicide over bullying. To think that a person could make someone feel so horrible about themselves, that they feel the world would be better off without them, is truly disgusting.

My point of this post is that, bullying is never OK. Even if you don't think you're bullying, put yourself in that person's shoes. Don't make gratuitous comments, whether in person or over the internet. Also, if you see someone being bullied, stick up for them. Make an effort to make that person's day that bit better. Yes, it's much easier said than done, but think that by a small gesture, you could make someone's day so much better. The smallest thing as giving a compliment, could really turn someone's mood around.

Please let me know your thoughts below, I'd really love to hear all of your opinions!

How Much is Your Face Worth TAG!

Hello Lovelies,

I've been seeing this tag going around for quite some time now, and I do realise I am a little late to hop on the bandwagon! However, I love reading other people's answers to this tag, so I hope you enjoy seeing how much my face is worth! I'm a little apprehensive to know myself....

Just to let you know, I'm basing this on the days when I wear quite a bit more makeup than usual, so this wouldn't be my everyday makeup!

Garnier BB Cream for Oily skin, €14.99
Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer, €4.79
MAC Loose Powder, €27
*Benefit Coralista Blusher, €31.50
*Benefit Dallas Bronzer, €31.50
*Benefit Hoola Bronzer, €31.50
*Benefit High Beam, €26.50
Maybelline Colossal Volume Express Mascara, €9.99
Revlon Lip Butter in Candy Floss, €9.60
Urban Decay Lip Junkie Gloss in Midnight Cowboy, €18.50
Urban Decay Naked/Naked 2 palette, €40.50 (each)

*Grand Total = 246.37*

Now I consider that quite a bit of money! I will try and justify it by saying this is not everyday, plus some of the products are not the full size (or full price!).

I do hope you enjoyed this tag, and I'd love to see how much your face is worth. Please leave your links to your post in the comments below or even do the tag in the comments if you don't have a blog of your own!

*Please note that I only actually own these in mini versions,
so I didn't actually pay full price for them!

Review: Moroccan Oil Glimmer Shine Spray!

Hey Beauties,

Moroccan Oil has been taking the world by storm over the past few years! There are so many benefits of the oil, that it's a difficult product to pass up. From making hair healthier and shinier to preventing split ends, this products claims to have it all. Moroccan Oil has developed a range of products, including shampoos and conditioners. My personal favourite product that I've tried from the range is the Glimmer Shine Spray.

I'm always looking for a product to give my hair that extra gleam and shine, so when I saw this product about a year ago, I knew I had to try it. It's very similar to the original Moroccan Oil treatment, but in a spray bottle, and of a less thick consistency. To apply, you spray in a misting motion from a distance of 10-12 inches. I usually apply after washing my hair, when it is still damp but not dripping.
The smell of this product is akin to the treatment version, very light and almond-like, I love it! It also lasts yonks! It's sold per 100ml and I've had mine for over a year and still have quite a bit left!

I definitely think this product works! It makes hair feel a lot softer, and adds shine. I also make sure to apply this especially to my ends, as it tends to help prevent split ends also. My one tip would be not to spray this near your roots, as it could cause your hair to get greasier quicker.
Overall, this is definitely a product worth giving a try, especially if you find the original Moroccan Oil treatment too heavy for your hair!

Available from lookfanstastic.com and feelunique.com for £18.65.

Review: Clinique 7 Day Scrub Cream!

Hello Lovelies,

I believe skincare is hugely important. No matter what, I will always try and complete my skincare regime, morning and night. A very important product for everyone's skincare regime is an exfoliator. My personal favourite, and one I've been using for quite some time now, is the 7 day scrub cream from Clinique.

One of the reasons I love this scrub is because it's very gentle, yet effective. A big issue a lot of people have with products such as this, is that they can be very harsh and irritate the skin. Especially for the sensitive-skinned folk such as myself! This cream has tiny beads to exfoliate the skin and is very creamy, so is quite gentle.

To apply, a squirt out a small amount into my hand, probably about the size of a rasberry (random, I know!). I then mix this with a few drops of water and rub all over my face, especially focusing on the T-Zone area. I then rub this into my skin with small, circular motions. I do this slowly, as to prevent my skin from being irritated. Rinse immediately with warm water.

I usually use this scrub 2-3 times a week and it always leaves my skin feeling silky smooth and it definitely improves redness, clogged pores and radiance of my skin. It's also great for preventing acne. Overall, I would definitely recommend giving this a try, I'm sure it won't disappoint!

Available from most Clinique counters for £17.50

Trend Talk: Military Boots!

Hello Lovelies,

I don't know about all of you, but I've been seeing military/combat boots everywhere, and for good reason to! They're perfect for Autumn. They're durable, which is great for Irish weather. Plus they're so versatile, wear them with leggings, jeans... pretty much anything! I actually just purchased my first pair after lusting after a pair for months.

Here's a few of my favourites, all different styles and prices!

I love this pair from Steve Madden! They're a bit of a splurge, but Steve Madden does amazing, great quality shoes so they're worth it. They're available in this cognac colour, or in black. The gold studs on the side add a great touch of edginess and originality. Perfection!
$179.95 from Steve Madden.com

This is the pair I ordered from River Island. I love them and cannot wait to receive them in a few days! I love the studded star detail at the side (as you can probably tell, I love studs!). Available in grey (pictured) and black.
£75 from River Island
The final pair for this post, are a baby pink Doc Marten-esque boot. They add a touch of prettiness to the usually grungy combat boot look. Great if you're a little wary of combat boots, but still want to try the trend!
£60 from River Island

Hope you enjoyed! Will you be trying this trend?

Breast Cancer Awareness Products 2012!

Hello Lovelies,

As I am sure you are well aware, October is 'Breast Cancer Awareness Month'
Breast cancer is the most common cancer among American women, after skin cancer. Today, about 1 in 8 women (12%) will develop breast cancer in her lifetime. Scary stuff, I know, but it's unfortunately the facts we have to face.

On the positive side, there are little things we can all do to help promote breast cancer awareness, and in turn, prevent women from developing breast cancer. One way in doing this is buying some products! The best part about these pink products is that a portion of each purchase goes towards breast cancer awareness, so it's a win-win situation!

Here are a few of my favourites:

• Bobbi Brown Pink Peony Bronzing Powder Set •

Add a pretty flush to your cheeks with this gorgeous blush. This is only one of a number of Bobbi Brown products supporting Breast Cancer Awareness.
£5 of each sale goes to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Available for £35 from most Bobbi Brown counters

Evelyn Lauder Compact by Estee Lauder •

Touch up on the go with this gorgeous compact mirror, complete with an illuminating translucent powder. Estee Lauder does a huge amount of work with Breast Cancer as Evelyn Lauder past away earlier this year from the disease, so make sure to check out their website. Better yet, 100% of the sales go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Limited Edition for $75 (sorry don't know the euro/GBP price!)

Who doesn't want hot pink headphones? Better yet, they feature a compact folding design! 20% of sales go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Available for $99

OPI Nail Polish: Pink of Hearts •

You get a gorgeous new nail polish and your supporting a great cause, what's not to love?! OPI is donating $25,000 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

• Unique Vintage Luggage Tag •

Isn't this the cutest thing ever? 20% of sales go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

September Madness!

Hey Dolls,

Let's just cut to the chase, where have I been? I am very sorry for my recent absence here in the blogging world. I honestly have just been feeling a little uninspired and have had nothing to write about. I feel as if it would be worse to write lacking posts than to not write any at all. I want to deliver posts that I believe would be interesting.

So I'll just give a little update on my life.... I've started back at school and I've been spending the past few weeks getting back into the swing of things! Summer is fantastic, with it's lack of schedule and oodles of freedom, however, reality has been restored and I am gradually easing into a routine. My various activities are beginning to commence so it's all been a little crazy and I truly haven't made the time to blog.

I have also just been given my Dad's camera to use for my blog which is quite exciting! Only issue is trying to figure it out. I have photos taken, I just need to figure out how to upload them onto my computer as the camera's battery seems to have some issues!

Anyway, I'm excited to get back into blogging, share with you some products and maybe expand my blog. More fashion posts and lifestyle too. Please do let me know what type of posts you enjoy reading because it will really help me out when I'm feeling that bit uninspired!

I hope you're all doing fabulous and, as always, thanks for reading!

Review: Lush Cupcake Fresh Face Mask

Hey Sweeties,

I hope you're all doing well, and nicely settling back into some sort of a schedule, as Summer is sadly over (for most of us anyway!). I recently picked up my second Cupcake fresh face mask from Lush and have decided to share my thoughts and experience with you.

Image from www.lush.co.uk

This product is aimed at the oilier-skinned folk, such as myself and those who suffer from acne. Specifically, this was made for teenagers who want something to help keep their skin clear, oil at bay and is still fun and not too harsh! This mask has linseed infusion to nourish and soften the skin, fresh mint for toning, cocoa butter to moisturise and rhassoul mud to absorb grease and give a deep cleanse.

The first thing I noticed is that look of this mask, it truly looks like mud! I applied generously on a makeup-free face, avoiding the eye area. Lush recommends to leave on for 5-10 minutes and then simply wash off. As you apply the mask, you will notice small, soft white bits dispersed throughout the mask, which I think may be cocoa butter though I am honestly unsure.

Once I washed off this mask, my skin felt amazingly soft and very fresh. It does absorb oil, but not permanently. I did notice my skin to clear up and any redness seemed to ease.

The one thing I'm not too crazy about is that this mask has to be kept in the fridge. This isn't a huge deal, but it means it's not a mask to travel with, nor does it last for a huge amount of time. These lasts approximately one month from the day it is made but usually you will not have bought it on the exact day it has been made. I have never actually used a full pot by the use by date! There is plenty in the container and should last you at least 5-6 applications.

Overall, I really enjoy this face mask and will continue to repurchase whenever I'm in a Lush store (which is not too often unfortunately!). I would definitely recommend this if you're either new to face masks or have teenage, oily, blemish-prone, sensitive skin!

Available from Lush stores for £5.95/75g .

Have you tried any Lush products?

Autumn Fashion Trends 2012!

Hey Beauties,

Autumn is quickly approaching and that only means one thing- new trends! Bring on the layering, boots, and warm coats. Here are a few of the top trends fro Autumn, and what you should keep an eye out for on the high-street.

Military

Channel your inner soldier with this fall fashion trend. Don't worry, you can still keep it feminine. Think brass-buttoned jackets, pretty parkas and, of course- camouflage! For shoes, you can never go wrong with military boots, which look great with almost anything.
Blouse-€49.76, ASOS ; Jacket-£55, River Island

Baroque

One of the biggest trends of the season, originally brought to us by Dolce&Gabbanna. This trends is a little more daring, but in moderation it can really be a lot more wearable. Think lavish embellishments, intricate detail, and crazy prints!
Sweat Top-€49.76, ASOS; Dress-€35.54, River Island

Gothic

Forget pastels and bright colours, this season it's the complete opposite! Think dark colours such as black and burgundy. Of course a gothic look is never complete without a few crosses and spikes so don't forget to accessorise.
Top- £18, River Island

Fifty Shades of Red

From crimson to burgundy, red is the colour of the season. Be original and try some red leather or velvet, to really bring something different to a look.
Jumper-€49.76, ASOS; Dress-€78.19, by TFNC available from ASOS

These are my picks of the trends for Autumn, tell me what you think in the comments!
