My Guide To: Comfy Clothing

I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that I love comfy clothes. I often succumb to my tiredness in the mornings by throwing on a pair of leggings rather than attempting to put more effort in with a pair of jeans. On other days, when I get home from a long day of wearing jeans (or anything else I deem uncomfortable) I immediately change into one of my beloved pairs of lounging bottoms (aka tracksuit pants). Here is my guide to comfy clothing.
All clothes from Wildfox
One of my all-time favourite brands in general is 'Wildfox'. I have talked about Wildfox in previous posts (I dedicated an entire post to the brand here). They are the ultimate Californian brand. Comfy clothes galore. If you ever see the brand in store, I urge you to just feel the clothes. I guarantee you, you will never have felt softer material in your life. My personal fave are their baggy beach jumpers. The epitome of comfort. Oh, and they're cute too- bonus! Only downside is that their stuff is pretty pricey, this is what I'd call designer comfort.

Now, onto the people who invented lounge-wear. From the people of Victoria's Secret, Pink. Pink is a brand entirely dedicated to comfy clothes and underwear. These are the people who brought us Yoga Pants. Regardless of that, they have a vast array of lounging wear and some very cute workout gear too. Again, the clothes are quite expensive but more reasonable than Wildfox.

They're my favourite brands for comfy clothing. The best part about these brands? It's completely acceptable to wear them outside the house! The perfect items if you're not feeling 100%, doing exams, studying or just running a few errands.

What are your favourite lounging-around brands?

Current Wishlist!

There are always so many things we want, but don't really need. Also our bank balance doesn't really allow it. When you can't have something, why not make a list about it? That way we can at least pretend we have some of these things...right? I love reading these posts, so here are a list of things I've been lusting after, some for longer than others.

1. Clarisonic Mia 2

I have been eyeing the Clarisonic for such a long time. There have been mixed reviews about the product, but the majority have claimed it does wonders for their skin. I suffer from combination-oily, sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts and feel that this product could really improve my skin. The only thing that is holding me back is the hefty price tag but hopefully I'll get to pick it up when I visit America this Summer.

Clarisonic Mia 2- €140
Clarisonic full size- €175 - both available here.

2. Wildfox Tee

I have mentioned before that I am in love with all things Wildfox. There clothing is beyond comfy and all their slogans are sassy and clever (did I seriously just say sassy?!). I have been lusting after this "Shopping is my cardio" tee recently- it's just fabulous!

€64.72 available here

3. Nars Orgasm Blush/ Laguna Bronzer duo

Another cult product. Nars Orgasm blush and Laguna bronzer are raved about in the world of beauty. As they are quite pricey products, the more economical thing to do would be to get the duo, right?... I think it's gone too far when I'm saying that buying high end makeup can be "economical". Regardless, I still need this blush/bronzer duo!

4. Yurbuds Sport Earphones

I've been doing my best to work out as much as I can but I always have to listen to some tunes while working out! It keeps me going. The only problem is my earphones keep falling out, so I've been researching some sport earphones. The best seem to be "Yurbuds". Again, I'll probably end up getting these across the pond as the shipping rates to Ireland are crazy!

5. Bambi & Manson Shorts

If you're looking for some unique and gorgeous high-waisted shorts, you need to check out Bambi & Manson. They make their own handmade shorts with gorgeous designs, think bows, studs, galaxy and so much more. The problem is, as their shorts are so sought after, they only release batches of Limited Edition shorts that sell out in minutes. They are working on their own-brand denim at the mo which means lots more shorts- yipee!

Shorts range from £55-£70 available here

They're the items I've been lusting after recently. What items are on your wishlist?

My Obsessions: Wildfox Clothing!

Hey Everyone,

I am a big fan of comfy clothing. I can honestly say I try as much as possible to wear leggings or jeggings rather than jeans purely for comfort reasons! Something that can be difficult, is being comfy whilst still looking stylish and put together. The perfect clothing brand to achieve this is Wildfox.

I'll start by letting you know a bit about the brand if you've never heard of it. Wildfox is an American vintage-inspired knitwear brand based in Los Angeles, California. It is inspired by sleepovers, beautiful books, fairies, dreams, vintage t-shirts and friendship.
I mean what's not to love?
A taste of some of their gorgeous clothes! All available from www.wildfoxcouture.co.uk
I own a few Wildfox pieces, with their baggy beach jumpers being my favourite item of theirs. The brand is what I can only describe to be the epitome of comfort. Everything is made to the highest quality with the softest of materials. Their clothing feels like wearing a blanket! Everything has the cutest designs, images and slogans also. If jumpers and sweatpants aren't really your thing, Wildfox also have a great range of knitwear aswell as swimsuits and accessories to name just a few.

As you can see, Wildfox is also very loved among celebrities.
With great clothing, however, comes a price. Wildfox is seriously not cheap and is the major downside to the brand. It is considered a "couture" brand so most of their clothing is around the €100+ mark with their knitwear being €200+.

Wildfox is available from a number of retailers in the UK such as Harvey Nichols, Harrods and Selfridges. If you live across the pond you can find Wildfox in stores such as Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom. If you live anywhere else, including Ireland, Wildfox is available from a number of online retailers including ASOS, Shopbop, Revolve and of course their website.
